Job Summary
Plan and organize outdoor sports camps and events by creating schedules, coordinating locations, and managing materials while ensuring smooth operations. Support event execution on-site as the primary contact for trainers, parents, and participants, handling setup, breakdown, and documentation. Contribute to process development by analyzing feedback and helping build scalable structures for new cities. This mandatory six-month placement offers deep operational insight into a growing sport education company, including a laptop, full Germany ticket coverage, and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Sportmanagement, BWL, Pädagogik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums oder der Schule (mindestens 6 Monate)
- Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an operativer Umsetzung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität (insbesondere in Eventphasen)
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und im sportlichen Umfeld
