Lead the Geriatrics department for 111 beds by providing professional and disciplinary leadership, recruiting and managing staff, and fostering a supportive team culture. Drive the development of nursing standards, coordinate interprofessional collaboration, and oversee quality and change projects to ensure high-level patient care. Manage financial and material resources while executing digitalization initiatives and strategic developments. Mentor nursing students through practical training in close cooperation with coordinators and instructors. Work full-time from Monday to Friday without weekend or holiday shifts, supported by a collective agreement salary and comprehensive benefits including childcare and fitness programs.
