Job Summary
Conduct daily living support for intellectually disabled clients in an ambulatory care group in Halle, including basic hygiene, incontinence care, and assistance with daily tasks like cooking, shopping, and leisure activities. Provide administrative support for correspondence with authorities, doctors, and family members while maintaining accurate documentation. Work within a three-shift system including weekends, with part-time or full-time options available. The role offers an unlimited contract with attractive compensation plus shift premiums, set within a family-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft oder Pflegerhelferin
- Alternativ nachweisliche Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Setting
- Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögenen gegenüber den Bewohnern
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem inkl. Wochenende
