Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual disabilities, high social integration needs, and complex multiple disabilities through daily care, household tasks, and leisure activities. Structure the clients' daily routines and collaborate on cross-functional tasks while maintaining documentation for quality assurance. Maintain a respectful, independent, and open approach in a team of over 5,400 colleagues across 270 offerings in NRW and Rhineland-Palatina. This role offers flexible weekend hours up to seven weekly, part-time status, and opportunities for further training within Bethel.regional's diakonically oriented community.
