Job Summary
Support residents with basic care, treatment care, and daily supervision, including assistance with feeding and mobilization. Document nursing measures and provide empathetic, respectful accompaniment while supporting nursing staff in daily operations. Candidates must hold a completed training as a nursing assistant, specialist assistant, or care assistant, or possess relevant experience. The role requires shift work including early, late, and night shifts. We offer structured onboarding, in-house training programs, and a structured shift planning system.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer / Pflegefachhelfer / Pflegeassistent
- erste Erfahrung in der Pflege
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst (Früh-, Spät-, Nachtdienst)
