Job Summary
Conduct basic and treatment care for patients in their own homes, maintain nursing documentation, and collaborate with medical practices and pharmacies. Serve as a competent and empathetic contact point for patients and their relatives. Requires LG1/LG2 certificate and practical training proof, along with high professional and social competence. Full-time part-time position with early shifts from 6:00 to 13:00 and late shifts from 15:30 to 20:00, including on-call rotation. Located in Pulheim and surrounding areas.
