Job Summary
Conduct basic care and treatment care under SGB XI and SGB V, assisting clients with nutrition and household tasks while ensuring reliable performance documentation via mobile data capture. Support nursing staff in creating and evaluating care plans, cooperate with colleagues, family members, doctors, and pharmacies, and actively participate in quality assurance measures and hygiene protocols. Join a team of 80 employees serving 500 clients across Cologne North and South, with opportunities for funded further education in treatment care if prior qualifications are not yet available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Pflege oder eine Qualifikation als Pflegehelfer-in
- Ausbildung als einjährige Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer/in
- einen gültigen Führerschein Kl.B
- eine selbständige Arbeitsweise

Desired Qualifications
