Job Summary
Conduct individual care and basic hygiene for assigned residents according to the nursing process plan. Provide daily companionship to support residents' activities of daily living and ensure their quality of life. Submit precise oral and written reports to the team. Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain smooth facility operations. Work full-time (60-100%) with flexible scheduling via the FLEX:APP, earning CHF 4,482 base plus shift allowances. Join a family-oriented team focused on respectful care for elderly individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Motivation, den Lehrgang als Pflegehilfe SRK zu absolvieren (falls noch nicht vorhanden)
