Job Summary
Conduct holistic nursing care and support for patients, observing, documenting, and planning care processes while collaborating with medical staff, family members, and colleagues. Propose ideas to improve nursing quality and maintain a supportive team environment focused on genuine treatment standards. Requires a completed one-year training in elderly care, nursing assistant, or health care assistant, plus Class B driver's license. Full-time employment with reliable shift planning and TvöD-based compensation. Located in Bad Oeynhausen.
Required Qualifications
- 1-jährige Ausbildung zum Altenpflegehelfer, Pflegefachassistent, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Externen-Prüfung zur Pflegefachassistenz
- ausreichender Berufserfahrung
- Führerschein Klasse B
