Job Summary
Conduct daily nursing care and accompany residents empathetically based on palliative care, validation, kinesthetics, and basal stimulation principles. Collaborate with the team to design individual, need-oriented day-shift care that maximizes resident quality of life. Execute correct housekeeping tasks within the residential group. Maintain an open, appreciative, and positive attitude to foster a pleasant atmosphere for residents and staff. Requires completed training as Pflegehelfer/in SRK, Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales, or Pflegeassistent/in. Full-time employment (50-100%) with immediate start or by arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in SRK, Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS) oder Pflegeassistent/in
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
