Job Summary
Conduct competent and sovereign care for predominantly freshly operated patients as part of a 12-person nursing team. Contribute to the development of nursing and quality standards. Work Monday through Friday in a three-shift service with weekend standby duty. Maintain structured, independent, and team-oriented communication while demonstrating resilience. Possess a three-year nursing training with multiple years of experience, ideally in an intensive care or IMC setting. Demonstrate knowledge of hospital information systems such as Nexus. Join fixed teams without cross-disciplinary coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3-jährige Ausbildung in der Pflege
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Bereit sein, Mo-Fr im 3-Schichtdienst zu arbeiten
- Bereit sein, am Wochenende im Bereitschaftsdienst zu arbeiten
- offener Kommunikationsstil

- Teamarbeit
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Krankenhausinformationssystem (bspw. Nexus)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Intensiv- oder IMC-Bereich
- Interesse an beruflicher Weiterqualifizierung (bspw. Linknurse, Praxisanleitung, Wundmanagement, Fachweiterbildung)
