Conduct holistic care and support for residents with chronic illnesses according to current nursing standards. Plan, execute, and document the nursing process while administering medications and performing physician-ordered measures. Monitor health status and initiate appropriate interventions upon detecting changes. Provide counseling and assistance to residents and their family members. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. The role is full-time or part-time at a small home in Kreuzberg serving 30 residents.
