Job Summary
Conduct regular counseling visits at clients' homes to provide support for seniors, creating and documenting individual counseling reports. Monitor care quality and ensure compliance with legal requirements while collaborating closely with the care team, doctors, and social services. Guide and counsel family caregivers and volunteer care personnel. Work exclusively on a Minijob basis with flexible scheduling, including options for one day per week or daily slots around regular work hours, without weekend or shift duties. Requires a completed three-year certified nursing training and a Class B driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als examinierte Fachkraft (m/w/d) in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege oder vergleichbar
- Zertifizierung zur Durchführung von Beratungsbesuchen nach §37.3 oder 7A
- Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW
