Job Summary
Conduct holistic care and support for residents through basic and treatment nursing, while documenting all nursing measures. Serve as the contact person for relatives and treating physicians, and assist in organizing the daily nursing routine. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and guide nursing assistants and apprentices. Maintain full responsibility for patient safety and care standards. Full-time position with flexible shift work including weekends. Located in the innovative Wohnpark AM DEICH, offering a structured onboarding and continuous training opportunities within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Altenpfleger
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und fachliche Kompetenz
- Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
