Conduct activating basic and treatment care according to existing care concepts and standards while independently creating care plans and performing documentation. Support the residential area director in leading and instructing staff, coordinating personnel deployment, and ensuring need-oriented care. Participate in care visits, case meetings, and quality assurance measures while collaborating with the residential area director, nursing service director, and interdisciplinary team. Assist in shaping and maintaining resident life quality and implementing the care and support concept. Work as an on-call specialist with flexible part-time or full-time hours, offering a structured onboarding period and opportunities for further training within a team-oriented environment.
