Job Summary
Plan and ensure the implementation of basic and treatment nursing care while collaborating with an engaged team for holistic resident support. Document care activities across four elements of the structural model and actively contribute to nursing quality development by executing quality assurance measures. Utilize EDV systems for efficient nursing documentation and apply current expert standards. Maintain a respectful attitude toward elderly residents and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and effectively within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger-in, Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger-in
- Kenntnisse in den Expertenstandards und der Pflegedokumentation im Strukturmodell
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von EDV-Systemen zur Pflegedokumentation
