Job Summary
Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in crisis, supporting their stabilization and recovery through therapeutic daily activities. Build professional trust relationships while monitoring both mental and physical conditions, and assist with individual care and treatment plans. Execute physician-ordered measures, including medication distribution, and participate in crisis interventions and de-escalation efforts. Collaborate with medical staff, psychologists, and social services, while maintaining accurate nursing documentation. Requires a nursing qualification and psychiatric experience, with a 3-shift system including early, late, and night shifts. Located in Hannover and Berlin with long-term placement options.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie und/oder eine entsprechende Fachweiterbildung
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Früh-, Spät- und Nachtdienst
- Professioneller Umgang mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ruhiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln in herausfordernden Situationen
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
