Job Summary
Conduct individual, activating care and supervision for residents while ensuring their life satisfaction. Provide practical instruction to nursing apprentices, students, and assistants, coordinating with schools and preparing them for examinations. Implement nursing standards and adjust care plans to meet specific health needs, while documenting processes and quality assurance. Execute physician-delegated prescriptions and therapies. Support the acquisition of practical instructor certification for those without prior qualification.
Required Qualifications
