Job Summary
Plan and ensure the execution of basic and treatment care while collaborating with an engaged team for holistic resident support. Plan and document care according to the four elements of the structural model, actively contributing to nursing quality development and implementing quality assurance measures. Utilize EDV systems for nursing documentation and apply expert standards. Maintain a respectful attitude toward elderly residents and demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger-in, Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger-in
- Kenntnisse in den Expertenstandards und der Pflegedokumentation im Strukturmodell
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von EDV-Systemen zur Pflegedokumentation
