Job Summary
Plan and ensure the execution of basic and therapeutic care while collaborating with an engaged team for holistic resident support. Manage planning and documentation across the four elements of the structural model, actively contributing to nursing quality development and implementing quality assurance measures. Utilize EDV systems for efficient care documentation and apply current expert standards. Requires a completed training as a care assistant, nursing specialist, or health and nursing assistant, plus knowledge of the structural model and documentation. Full-time or part-time roles available with structured onboarding, reliable shift planning, and access to in-house training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger-in, Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger-in
- Kenntnisse in den Expertenstandards und der Pflegedokumentation im Strukturmodell
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von EDV-Systemen zur Pflegedokumentation
