Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive activating basic and treatment care for residents according to recognized nursing scientific standards. Participate in therapeutic mobilization measures and provide health counseling to residents and their relatives. Manage care planning and documentation following prescribed standards while actively contributing to internal quality assurance measures for process optimization. Requires state-recognized nursing qualification in geriatric, health, or nursing care with strong organizational skills and basic computer knowledge. Full-time role at 38.5 hours per week. Located approximately five minutes from the train station.
Required Qualifications
- umfassende Kenntnisse der aktivierenden Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohner nach anerkannten pflegewissenschaftlichen Standards
- Mitwirkung bei therapeutischen Mobilisierungsmaßnahmen
- gesundheitliche Beratung der Bewohner und deren Angehörigen
- Pflegeplanung und -dokumentation nach vorgeschriebenen Dokumentations- und Qualitätsstandards
- aktive Mitarbeit an internen Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung interner Prozesse
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann staatlich anerkannter Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
- ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
- Freude und Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
- Organisationstalent
- EDV-Grundkenntnisse
