Job Summary
Monitor and care for patients under observation on an Intermediate-Care station, performing professional basic and treatment nursing. Continuously monitor and document vital parameters, operate medical monitoring equipment, and administer medications and infusions. Prepare patients for post-operative care and support diagnostic and therapeutic measures while recognizing health changes early. Initiate appropriate actions in emergency situations and maintain accurate nursing documentation through close collaboration with physicians and intensive care staff. Requires experience on IMC or monitoring stations, familiarity with monitoring systems, and readiness for early, late, and night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung auf einer IMC-, Überwachungs- oder Intensivstation
- Sicherer Umgang mit Monitoring-Systemen und medizinischen Geräten
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
