Job Summary
Plan and ensure the execution of basic and therapeutic care while collaborating with an engaged team for holistic resident support. Manage planning and documentation across the four elements of the structural model and actively implement quality assurance measures to advance care quality. Utilize EDV systems for nursing documentation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of expert standards. Work independently and within the team with a respectful approach toward elderly residents.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger-in, Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger-in
- Kenntnisse in den Expertenstandards und der Pflegedokumentation im Strukturmodell
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von EDV-Systemen zur Pflegedokumentation
