Job Summary
Plan and ensure the execution of basic and treatment nursing care while collaborating with an engaged team for holistic resident support. Manage planning and documentation across the four elements of the structural model, actively contributing to nursing quality development and implementing quality assurance measures. Utilize EDV systems for nursing documentation and apply current knowledge to continuously develop expertise in standards and care practices.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger-in, Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger-in
- Kenntnisse in den Expertenstandards und der Pflegedokumentation im Strukturmodell
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von EDV-Systemen zur Pflegedokumentation
