Job Summary
Conduct professional basic and care treatment for residents at the Nikolaus-Stift nursing home. Manage the care process for residents based on a professionally grounded care plan. Provide counseling and support to residents, their relatives, and staff members. Requires qualification as a Pflegefachkraft according to legal regulations, along with responsibility, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
