Job Summary
Conduct dialysis treatments from equipment preparation through patient monitoring and documentation. Collaborate closely with physicians to implement orders independently while observing patient health status. Build long-term trusting relationships with patients by providing education on nutrition, wound management, and disease handling. Engage in continuous process improvement by sharing ideas to enhance care quality and workflows. Work in a structured environment with no night shifts and free Sundays, offering 37 hours weekly in part-time.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger\*in, Altenpfleger\*in, Kinderkrankenschwester bzw. -pfleger, medizinische Fachangestellte\*n, Arzthelfer\*in oder Notfallsanitäter\*in
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
- in Deutschland anerkannte Berufsanerkennung
- gültige Arbeitserlaubnis oder einen Wohnsitz in Deutschland
