Conduct professional nursing care and practice instruction for intensive and ventilated patients in home settings within the Barsbüttel team. Maintain accurate documentation of the nursing process while monitoring individual medical diagnoses and therapies. Foster patient capabilities through supportive yet demanding care, ensuring clear communication between patients, families, and medical staff. Apply specialized knowledge in ventilation nursing and practice instruction to deliver 24-hour supported living services. This role offers a coordinated daily schedule with no 12-hour shifts, featuring a three-shift system and an on-site location in Barsbüttel.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in / Pflegefachfrau/mann (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Zusatzqualifikation zur Praxisanleitung
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
