Job Summary
Conduct professional basic, treatment, or intensive care for residents in small living areas while maintaining medical diagnoses and therapies. Foster and challenge the abilities of assigned individuals through empathetic, independent work within a multiprofessional team. Perform careful documentation of the care process and provide continuous professional development opportunities during work hours. The role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, an unlimited contract, and benefits including a welcome bonus, annual special payment, and 30 days of vacation. Located at the Senioren- und Therapiezentrum Rahlstedter Höhe in Hamburg, this position emphasizes a family atmosphere with direct communication channels and structured onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachkraft erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Pflegefachliche Kompetenz für eine professionelle Grund-, Behandlungs- oder Intensivpflege
- Klar, dass du auch die ärztlichen Diagnosen und Therapien jedes Einzelnen im Blick behältst und begleitest
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Dokumentation des Pflegeprozess
- Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle (Voll- oder Teilzeit)
