Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care and holistic support for patients with diabetes mellitus in the clinical setting. Monitor blood glucose levels regularly, evaluate treatment progress, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Collaborate closely with physicians, nutrition therapists, and other specialists while conducting structured documentation of all nursing and diabetic measures. Contribute to the development of educational offerings and counseling sessions regarding various therapy forms such as insulin treatment.
Required Qualifications
