Job Summary
Deliver nursing care and patient support based on current scientific findings while developing individual care plans to foster patient autonomy. Collaborate with medical partners to ensure comprehensive coverage, document care processes, and relay relevant information to the nursing team. Coordinate care measures through communication with family members and other stakeholders. Work a 38-hour week under the TVöD P7 agreement with a flexible five-day schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
