Job Summary
Conduct basic and treatment care for patients in their homes while accurately implementing medical prescriptions and nursing measures. Observe, document, and assess health status through direct engagement rather than simple checklists, maintaining close coordination with physicians, family members, and the team to tailor individual care plans. Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants while actively contributing to process improvements and quality development initiatives. Requires a completed nursing qualification, Class B driver's license, and the ability to work independently with high professional standards. Offers a family-owned environment with flat hierarchies, predictable shift planning, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft / Altenpfleger:in / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in (m/w/d)
- Freude an selbstständigem, eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
- Hoher Anspruch an die Qualität deiner eigenen Arbeit
- Empathie und echtes Interesse an den Menschen, die du pflegst
- Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung auch über die eigene Tour hinaus zu übernehmen
- Führerschein Klasse B (für den Außendienst in Berlin)
