Job Summary
Conduct professional basic, treatment, or intensive care for patients in a 6-area facility covering dementia, coma, and geriatric care. Foster and challenge the abilities of assigned individuals while monitoring specific medical diagnoses and therapies. Perform independent and careful documentation of the nursing process, ensuring clear tracking of all treatments. Maintain a positive attitude and empathy to support the well-being of residents in a team environment. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with a 30-day vacation allowance and includes opportunities for advancement to positions such as hygiene officer or practice manager.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Pflegefachliche Kompetenz für eine professionelle Grund-, Behandlungs-, oder Intensivpflege
- Klar, dass du auch die ärztlichen Diagnosen und Therapien jedes Einzelnen im Blick behälst und begleitest
- Selbständige und sorgfältige Dokumentation des Pflegeprozess
- Positive Einstellung und Freude am Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
- Du bist eine Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit
