Provide professional basic or treatment nursing care for residents with dementia and geropsychiatric changes, prioritizing their abilities while monitoring individual medical diagnoses and therapies. Conduct independent and careful documentation of the nursing process with empathy and a positive attitude. Collaborate effectively with the team, family members, and direct supervisors to ensure coordinated care. Enjoy a fixed-term contract with flexible full- or part-time schedules, 30 vacation days, and annual bonuses at the Paul-Fleming Haus in Kiel.
Required Qualifications
