Job Summary
Conduct professional, activating basic, treatment, or intensive care for residents, prioritizing their abilities while monitoring individual medical diagnoses and therapies. Perform independent and careful documentation of the care process in DAN and organize internal and external activities with residents. Demonstrate empathy and a positive attitude while fostering resident capabilities. You will work in a full-time or part-time capacity at the Haus Havelblick senior and therapy center in Berlin-Spandau, supporting residents with dementia, coma, and psychiatric needs alongside integrated therapy practices.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Fachwissen
- Klar, dass Du auch die ärztlichen Diagnosen und Therapien jedes Einzelnen im Blick behälst und begleitest
- Selbständige und sorgfältige Dokumentation des Pflegeprozess in DAN
- Organisation und Durchführung von internen- und externen Aktivitäten mit den Bewohnern
