Job Summary
Lead a motivated team of nursing professionals with respect and clarity, ensuring clients receive professional, individual, and dignified care. Manage service and tour planning to guarantee economical staff utilization while overseeing quality assurance and process development. Support employees in their professional growth and act as a trusted contact for staff, clients, and partners. Collaborate closely with the station director and other nursing service directors to actively shape the future of the social station. Provide direct support in the nursing daily routine when needed.
Required Qualifications
- eine Fachkraft im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d) mit einem Abschluss als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- eine Fachkraft im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d) mit einem Abschluss als Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
- eine Fachkraft im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d) mit einem Abschluss als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
- eine Fachkraft im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d) mit einem Abschluss als Krankenschwester (m/w/d)
- eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL)
- eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
- Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
