Job Summary
Develop and maintain clear operational structures for the day care facility while leading the team with a focus on quality and process standards. Manage daily workflows, coordinate guest care, and foster collaboration among staff, guests, and family members. Lead the team with clarity and empathy, ensuring reliable daily operations without weekend or night shifts. Work closely with colleagues and guests to implement new standards and drive the continuous improvement of the care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpflegerin, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin, Kinderkrankenpfleger*in oder Krankenschwester/-pfleger
- PDL-Schein (verantwortliche Pflegefachkraft)
- Führerschein der Klasse B
