Job Summary
Lead the comprehensive organization, quality assurance, and development of the nursing department, including staff planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure high care quality and compliance with legal standards such as SGB V and SGB XI, while overseeing quality management systems and preparing for inspections. Manage team motivation, professional development, and daily operations through collaboration with family members, physicians, payers, and authorities. Contribute to economic steering and the implementation of innovative care concepts within the PK-Health Care family business.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft gemäß § 71 SGB XI oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege- oder Gesundheitsmanagement
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
- Erfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und im Pflege- und Sozialrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen und MS Office
