Job Summary
Establish the new outpatient nursing service by designing processes, planning shifts, and ensuring high-quality care standards. Lead and develop the nursing team while collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and payers to drive the establishment. Manage financial oversight and coordinate directly with senior leadership to define strategic direction. This role requires a certified nursing director with extensive experience in building care structures, offering significant autonomy within a stable 60-year-old organization transitioning from stationary to mobile care.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege)
- Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung mit mindestens 460–480 Stunden (gemäß § 71 SGB XI bzw. landesrechtlicher Vorgaben in Hessen)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
- Bereitschaft, aktiv an Aufbauprozessen mitzuwirken
