Job Summary
Ensure nursing care follows the care process through assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and review. Conduct efficient staff scheduling for service, tour, and deployment planning at the Alpen location. Lead, develop, and motivate employees in Alpen while communicating strategically with clients and family members. Collaborate closely with assigners and external partners to drive client acquisition. This role supports the Christliche Pflege Kiwitt service within VIVIANUM's network of care facilities and school-based child care.
Required Qualifications
- examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach § 71 SGB XI
Desired Qualifications
- betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
