Job Summary
Ensure resident satisfaction and quality standards align with the facility's mission while leading, training, and developing nursing staff according to care concepts and qualification levels. Manage personnel deployment, shift, and vacation planning based on demand, and coordinate, evaluate, and ensure the quality of care and work processes. Represent the facility internally and externally to optimize customer acquisition. This role supports the Senioren- und Therapiezentrum Eichenhof, which offers 20 day-care places and 217 station beds across short-term, preventive, and full-care sections, including dementia care.
Required Qualifications
- Staatlich anerkannter Abschluss als Fachkraft im Bereich Alten-, Gesundheits- oder Krankenpflege
- mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege oder Anerkennung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach §71 SGB XI
