Job Summary
Conduct ambulatory nursing services under SGB XI and represent the Pflegedienstleitung during their absence with specific leadership duties. Design service and tour schedules, create current care plans, and manage customer care and acquisition while leading staff. Ensure proficiency in the EDV application system and maintain up-to-date nursing and legal knowledge. Requires a nursing qualification and Pflegedienstleitung certification. Offers a fixed-term contract with holiday premiums, onboarding support, and rights to influence monthly and vacation planning.
