Job Summary
Conduct counseling sessions with insured individuals and their relatives in the home environment, document consultations, identify individual needs, and initiate follow-up measures. Deliver training for caregivers and conduct product training and professional counseling for employees of various companies to improve work-life balance. Support the conception and creation of informational materials while expanding regional networks and partnerships. Requires a nursing qualification with at least two years of experience, including six months in ambulatory care, plus a valid Class B driver's license. Includes a company car for private use, bike leasing, and flexible working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger:in, Pflegefachmann/-fachfrau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- mindestens sechs Monate Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
- Qualifizierungen im Bereich §45 und/oder §7a SGB XI oder die Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
- routinierte Umgang mit MS-Office und modernen digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Du bist gerne in Deiner Region unterwegs
