Job Summary
Role focuses on developing patient solution programs to address patient needs and improve health outcomes, analyzing PSP data to generate insights that inform business strategy and enhance patient engagement, and translating insights into strategic recommendations for program owners and the business team. The role collaborates cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and digital teams to ensure effective customer engagement, integrates patient insights into business strategies, ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, supports market research including patient journey mapping, and fosters partnerships with external patient organizations and academic associations while acting as a patient advocate to identify needs and develop meaningful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in commercial roles
- Strong expertise in data analysis, patient insights, and customer analytics
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
