Job Summary
Execute lung cancer patient solution programs to address patient needs and improve experience. Provide practical recommendations based on patient insights and program data to support continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, digital, and field teams to ensure effective implementation of initiatives. Support the integration of patient insights into programs to improve execution quality and enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliant execution of patient-related activities in alignment with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and corporate values. Assist in managing partnerships with external patient organizations and academic associations to strengthen support initiatives. Represent the patient perspective by collecting stakeholder feedback and developing meaningful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
