Lead POS data collection and system upgrade projects for strategic products, establishing efficient operations and accelerating channel rebate settlements. Build the POS DDI flow collection system by coordinating with regional business teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, compliant data delivery. Manage the full lifecycle of data collection agreements, including contract negotiation, legal review, and archival. Develop standard operating procedures, train third-party teams, and oversee daily delivery. Monitor data for anomalies, resolve system issues with digital and vendor teams, and drive future functional iterations. Prepare monthly rebate settlement reports for financial audit and provide data support to senior leadership.
