PFF - Filling Technician I/II (2nd Shift)

Technician I/II (2nd Shift) is an entry-to-mid level aseptic fill role in a GMP biologics production setting. Responsibilities include equipment setup and operation in a biologics processing environment, Class A/B gowning for facility cleaning, operating fill-related equipment (e.g., glass inspection stations, rinser/tunnel, VAM, over sealer), loading carts with vials/syringes, performing SIP/PBC operations and filter integrity testing, preparing chemical solutions, material handling, cleaning and sanitization of the production area, and real-time documentation in production logs; Technician II also involves independent task performance, basic training of less experienced personnel, recognition of safety hazards, and troubleshooting. Must have good math/mechanical aptitude, ability to work in a team, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; work is in a manufacturing environment with rotating shifts. Requires High School Diploma; Bioworks Certification preferred. Location: Clayton, NC, USA. Shift is 2nd (3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday).
