Job Summary
Establish and maintain the PFEP data system, ensuring accuracy and consistency between management systems like SAP and Power BI with actual project timelines. Track key milestones including Data Release, SOR, SOB, Tooling Kick-off, and ETD/ETA to proactively identify supply chain risks. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing, Logistics, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely parts delivery. Analyze bottlenecks and propose risk mitigation solutions such as transport adjustments or alternative sourcing for PMO Lead or Chief Engineer approval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project purchasing management or supply chain roles within large-scale manufacturing companies
- Competent in English, both written and verbal
- Results-oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure, technical mindset
