Job Summary
Analyze existing brand identity and communication channels to propose visual guidelines and templates aligned with the company's identity. Design and produce digital assets for social media, presentations, website content, and employer branding materials while iterating based on feedback. Organize reusable design resources and contribute to basic content planning and campaign execution. Collaborate closely with marketing and HR teams to ensure visual coherence and brand impact across all digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Good skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
- Creativity and strong visual sensibility
- Basic understanding of marketing and digital communication
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt designs to different formats
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
Desired Qualifications
