PFA Risk & Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Review and approve marketing materials against internal policies and regulatory requirements, while performing periodic compliance testing and supporting remediation of identified gaps. Assess operational risk impacts of outsourcing arrangements, new transactions, products, and process changes. Coordinate BCP/BCM exercises, including call tree testing, and manage requests from internal, external, and MAS audits to track closure of action items. Collaborate with departments on RCSA, risk registers, and control validation checks to support Group risk reporting. Perform periodic outsourcing reviews and business impact assessments as assigned by the Head of Risk and Compliance. Requires 5-7 years in risk, compliance, or project management; experience with machine learning is a plus.
