Job Summary
Club Manager responsible for gym operations and delivering an exceptional, judgment-free member experience while driving financial success. Leads a team including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians; oversees recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll processing, staff development, front-desk duties (check-ins, member sign-ups, tours), safety and maintenance, marketing promotions, and daily financials (expenditures, refunds, bank deposits). Ensures staff adherence to PF values, delivers coaching and performance management, and supports HR processes and reporting to corporate Payroll. Requires strong customer service, leadership, problem resolution, and CPR certification; high school diploma/GED; 18+; willing to perform routine cleaning and facility upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR Certification required
- Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 18 years of age or older
